How can I return an item?

You may return an item to us within 14 days from receipt of delivery.

 

Step 1

Simply email info@lususports.com with your order number and a reason for your return request.

(e.g. I have ordered the wrong colour and I would like a refund)

 

Step 2

A return number will be obtained and emailed back to you.

(e.g. Return Reference LUSU-R0123)

 

Step 3

Post the items back to LUSUSports.com with the returns number enclosed. (Please note returns postage charge is payable by the customer)

My item has been damaged/faulty

Simply email info@lususports.com with your order number with the nature of the damage/fault.

We endeavour to dispatch in-stock orders within 2 working days.

However, please leave 3-5 working days for your delivery.
